This month, things feel a little different.
Many of us are grappling with the question of whether to continue marketing as usual in a time of global pandemic.
Some marketers maintain it’s business as usual — keep up the selling, keep up the marketing.
Instinctively I don’t feel this is quite right.
I believe now is a time for a more mindful approach to marketing.
Now is the time to find more ways to help our customers, clients and communities.
Whether that’s offering free classes and resources, or discounted services, we need to market our services with a different mindset.
With this in mind, see the following list of things happening in April through a new lens. Don’t just jump mindlessly on a hashtag or leverage an event, without thinking through how you can add something of value.
