1. Airtable

Airtable is a project management tool built around three major display types: sheet, calendar and gallery. The native mobile and desktop apps make it easy to edit, comment, and collaborate in real time with your team — changes are instantly synced across everyone’s devices

Price: Free basic account and tiered pricing starting at $10 pm.

Book your remote meetings with Calendly. The free plan also includes confirmation and reminder emails and calendar integrations with Google Calendar. It’s great for scheduling meetings in different time zones.

Price: Free for basic plan; Premium plan starts at $8 pm.

3. EmailAnalytics

Email analytics for Gmail and G Suite. EmailAnalytics visualizes your email activity, as well as that of your employees. Discover the number of emails sent/received, average response time, word count, and more.

4. Evernote

Evernote is one of the everyday tools I use to keep me organized. A note-taking app that synchronizes all your files by saving them to a cloud service. quickly capture ideas, whether they’re notes, to-do lists, reminders, or even pictures. Because Evernote has apps for mobile, desktop, and web, your notes are instantly available on all of your devices.

5. Google Alerts

Google Alerts are email updates of the latest relevant Google results (web, news, blogs) based around your topic of interest. Use Google Alerts to monitor who’s talking about you, your company and industry trends.

Google Analytics is a free web analytics tool offered by Google to help you analyze your website traffic. It allows you to dig deep into user behaviour and demographics so you can better target your audience and optimize your pages.

Price: Free for individuals and SMEs

7. Google Drive

Another of my everyday tools, Google Drive is a file storage and synchronization service which allows users to store files on their servers, synchronize files across devices, and share files.

Price: Google will give you 15GB of free cloud storage just for signing up. However, it’s important to realize that all of that free space is shared between Google Drive, Google Photos and Gmail.

8. Hootsuite

Hootsuite is a very useful application for managing all your social media channels in one place. It enables you to view and monitor multiple streams in a single dashboard and allows you to keep tabs on key phrases, terms, keywords, brand mentions, etc.

Price: The basic Hootsuite plan is free. 30-day trials for pro plans are available.

9. IFTTT

IFTTT (an acronym for If This, Then That) allows you to sync up multiple apps so that when a certain activity happens, it kicks off a separate activity in another app. There are lots of ways to use this tool, for example, I use IFTTT to add my tweets to a Google Spreadsheet to create a Twitter Bank of tweets to draw on.

10. ManyChat

ManyChat lets you create a Facebook Messenger bot for marketing, sales and support. The visual drag`n`drop builder makes it easy to set up your Facebook Messenger bot. No programming required — just connect your Facebook page to ManyChat and you`ll be up in no time.

Price: Free to start, ManyChat automatically selects a tier based on a number of your subscribers. It calculates how long each tier was eligible during a month and adjust total price accordingly, so you only pay for what you use.

11. Slack

Slack is the #1 inter-office communication platform, enabling your team to communicate, share files, and engage with each other throughout the day.

Price: It’s free for up to 10,000 messages. After that it can remain free but your archive of messages to search is just limited to 10,000 (so it will simply erase the oldest ones as new ones come in).

12. Zoom

Zoom video conference allows you to have video conferences with anyone from around the world. Hold online meetings, trainings, webinars and conference calls with the Zoom app.

Price: The free plan allows unlimited one on one video conferencing and up to 40 minutes for groups. It also includes screen share, a chat function and a record feature.
